General Terms and Conditions – Stark Wraps
Article 1 – Definitions
In these general terms and conditions, the following terms are defined as:
Contractor: Stark Wraps, located at Van Neurenbrugpad 21, 3311 DN Dordrecht, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 96523883.
Client: Any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Stark Wraps for the provision of services or products.
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and deliveries of services or products provided by the Contractor.
Article 3 – Services
Stark Wraps provides, among other things, the following services:

Car wrapping
-
Paint Protection Film (PPF)

Window tinting
-
Detailing (interior and exterior)

Application of ceramic coatings
Article 4 – Quotations and Prices
All quotations are non-binding and valid for 14 days.
Prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
No rights can be derived from obvious errors in pricing information.
Article 5 – Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, Stark Wraps reserves the right to charge a fee.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment must be made no later than 7 days after the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of late payment, the client is legally in default, and collection costs may be charged.
Article 7 – Warranty and Liability
A suitable warranty is provided on services rendered.
Stark Wraps is not liable for indirect damage or for damage resulting from improper use of delivered services or products.
The client is aware that the application of tint film to the front side windows and windshield must comply with legal requirements, including a minimum light transmission of 55% for side windows and 75% for the windshield.
Stark Wraps only uses high-quality film products, but is not responsible for the use or application of film supplied by the client or requested by the client that does not meet legal standards.
The client fully accepts responsibility for the consequences of applying film that does not comply with RDW or other authority regulations.
Any fines, APK inspection failures, or other legal consequences are entirely the client’s responsibility.
Article 8 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.
If the complaint is justified, Stark Wraps will redo the service or offer an appropriate solution.
Article 9 – Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, Stark Wraps is entitled to suspend or terminate the agreement without being liable for damages.
Article 10 – Privacy
The client’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Stark Wraps privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Article 11 – Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Stark Wraps is located.
